Mack Arthur Baggett 80 long time resident of Abilene passed away July 24 2012 in Ballinger Texas while in the care of Central Texas Nursing and Rehabilitation Center . A Memorial Service will be held Monday July 30 2012 at 2:00 p.m. with Matt Cheevers officiating with a visitation to follow at North's Memorial Chapel 242 Orange Street Mack was born February 9 1932 to Arthur and Rachel Baggett in Abilene Texas and graduated from Abilene High School in 1950. Mack was calf roper and loved to rodeo. Even in his later years he continued to compete in the senior events. He was a Real Estate Broker and sold many Farms and Ranches in the Big Country. He was a member of the Hamby Methodist Church and was a Mason. Mack is preceded in death by his father Arthur Jackson Baggett and his mother Rachel Agnes Tolle Baggett. He is survived by his two sons Fred Baggett and Clay Baggett; his daughter-in-law Heidi Baggett; two grandchildren Cole Baggett and Hayden Baggett.
