Maria Guadalupe Acosta of Abilene passed away Friday, April 29, 2022. Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday May 4, 2022 at St. Francis Catholic Church at 10 am with burial to follow at Elmwood Memorial Park. Visitation will be held on Tuesday May 3, 2022 from 7-9 pm at North's Funeral Home.

Maria was born August 12, 1949 in Huipana Michoacan Mexico to Maria del Refugio Gonzalez and Jose Inez Gonzalez.

Maria was preceded in death by parents, Maria del Refugio Gonzales and José Inez Gonzales, sister, Gloria Gonzales, and three sons, Alejandro Acosta, Raul Acosta, and Gerardo Manuel Acosta.

Left to cherish her memories are: husband Manuel Acosta of Abilene, her four daughters, Patricia Acosta, Olga Acosta, Brenda Acosta, and Angelica Acosta, her three sons, Manuel Acosta Jr., Antonio Acosta, and Sergio Acosta, 20 grandchildren, 35 great-grandchildren, eleven sisters, seven brothers, and a host of nieces, nephews, extended family and many friends.
