Marjorie M. Cameron Steelman 83 of Abilene passed away Friday July 30 2010 at Northern Oaks Nursing Home. A memorial service is scheduled for 11:00 a.m. Tuesday at Trinity Baptist Church in Abilene under the direction of North's Funeral Home 242 Orange Street. Born March 2 1927 in Piedmont Alabama to Abby and Harvey Cameron Marjorie was preceded in death by her husband L.R. Steelman. She is survived by two sons one daughter nine grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorials be made to the Disabled American Veterans.
