After graduating from Mary Crest High School in 1964 and while working as a reservation agent for Continental Airlines she met Cadet Weeks while he was attending the USAF Academy. She was an elegant lady who went above and beyond to treat all of her friends as equals. Throughout her many moves she worked for travel agencies ln Sacramento and Riverside CA plus Abilene TX. Marlene and Rodney left the AF and put down roots in the Abilene area in 1993 where she worked for 14 years as the Director of Operations for the Abilene BBB.
