Misty "Tex" McIntosh 54, of Hawley passed away Tuesday, September 10, 2024. Memorial Services will be held Sunday 29. 2024 at North's Funeral Home 242 Orange St. Abilene, TX, 79601 from 2-4PM. With Frank Pain as a guest speaker. Misty was born July 2, 1970 in Abilene, TX to Mary Corn and Leonard Mikell McIntosh. Misty enjoyed being a "loud and proud" mom on the sidelines. Cheering on her sons in every sport the played. She was a great cook and would never let anyone leave hungry. Misty had a quirky sense of humor and enjoyed making people laugh. Misty was a passionate martial artist and trained at Texas Martial Arts Center and was working towards earning her black belt in the spring of 2025. Misty was preceded in death by mother Mary Corn. Left to cherish his memories are: bestfriend; Michael Dan Haggard, and their sons; Mikell Claude Haggard and Maysen Daniel Haggard, father Leonard Mikell McIntosh, and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
