Nellie Wills 82 of Abilene passed away Tuesday May 17 2011. Services are scheduled for 10:00 a.m. Friday at North's Memorial Chapel with Steve Joiner officiating.  Burial to follow in Elmwood Memorial Park under the directions of North's Funeral Home.  The family will receive friends from 6–7:30 p.m. Thursday evening at North's Memorial Chapel 242 Orange Street . Ms. Wills was born April 23 1929 to Raymond and Emilia Choate in Abilene Texas .  She received her Bachelor's degree from Hardin-Simmons University . She married Michael E. Wills. She taught school for twenty-eight years at Anson Jones Elementary. She was a member of Southside Church of Christ for many years.   She was preceded in death by her parents husband and one son.   She is survived by her son Kevin Wills of Abilene ; three grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.   Online condolences may be made at www.northsfuneralhome.com
