Nina Belle Hazal 89 of Abilene passed away Sunday January 20 2013. A graveside service will be held on Thursday at 2:00 p.m. at Pike Cemetery under the direction of North's Funeral Home. Nina was born in Blue Ridge Texas on April 13 1923 to Edgar Raymond Rains and Ida Vincent Rains. She married Hoyt B. Hazal and had two sons. She was preceded in death by her parents husband and one son Hoyt Ray Hazal. Nina is survived by her son Ricky Lynn Hazal and wife Robin of Las Vegas; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews; one sister Tauhlee Chapman Rains of Abilene; two brothers Bobby Glenn Rains and wife Jaunita of Abilene and Larry Rains and wife Susan of Abilene.
