Ollie Grace Lesley- Mantooth, 88, of Abilene, Texas, passed away peacefully on March 13, 2025. Born on August 16, 1936, in Abilene, Texas, Ollie was a beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and friend who will be deeply missed by all who knew her. A lifelong lover of reading and crossword puzzles, Ollie found joy and solace in the simple pleasures of life. She was also an avid television viewer, often enjoying her favorite shows in the comfort of her home. Ollie was a longtime faithful member of Crescent Heights Baptist Church. Above all, she cherished her family, and her legacy will live on through the memories she created with her loved ones. She is survived by her two daughters, Leslie Baldwin and husband Joshua of Abilene, TX, and Brenda Mantooth of Hunt, TX; her brothers, Jimmy D. Lesley and Tom Lesley, both of Abilene; five grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and a host of extended family and friends who will hold her memory close to their hearts. Ollie was preceded in death by her parents, Lewis J. Lesley Sr. and Lucille Lesley; her son, Marvin Lewis Jr.; and her siblings, Clinton G. Lesley, Lewis John Lesley, and Margie Morris. A graveside service will be held at Monday March 17, 2025 at 1pm at the Round Mound Cemetery Ollie's kindness, wisdom, and love will be remembered forever by all who were fortunate enough to know her.
