Patricia Ann Rose 75 of Abilene went home to her savior Wednesday June 13 2012. The family will be receiving friends and guests to a visitation Saturday from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. at North's Memorial Chapel 242 Orange Street . A Funeral Service will be held Sunday at 2:00 p.m. also at the Chapel. Patricia was born March 17 1937 in Chadron Nebraska to William E Benitz and Mary E Mckindo. She married Kenneth H Rose on December 7 1953 in Eden Texas . They both currently resided in Abilene Texas . Patricia (Granny) loved her family dearly. She was married to the love of her life Kenneth for 59 beautiful years that were filled with many priceless memories. Her four sons were the pride and joy of her life. Each and every one of her grandchildren and great grandchildren were her favorite. Patricia was a loving wife mother grandmother and friend.   She could light up the room with a simple smile and her easy going personality. Patricia enjoyed reading arts and crafts cooking and spending time with her family in her free time. Survivors include husband Kenneth Rose of Abilene TX; son Michael Rose (Connie) of Talco TX ; son Douglas Rose (Joann) of Arlington TX; son Randall Rose (Shavae) of Crowley TX; son Ronald Rose (Regena) of Abilene TX; 13 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren special family friend Becky Dopp; several other family members and friends and her beloved companion Kane.
