Patsy Wells 68 died in Abilene Friday June 27 2008. A visitation will be held Sunday June 29 2008 from 2:00 - 4:00 PM at North's Funeral Home. Funeral service will be Monday June 30 2008 at 10:00 AM at North's Memorial Chapel 242 Orange St. with J. R. Richardson officiating. Patsy was born to Johnny & Rowena Patterson on February 20 1940 in Gorman Texas. She grew up in Grosvenor attended school in Bangs and graduated from Santa Anna High School. She was a licensed beautician professional chef and an avid bingo player. She married the love of her life Kenneth Wells on May 20 1960. Mrs. Wells is survived by her husband; four children Ken & Rene Wells of Merkel Gene & Angie Johnson of Abilene Sonia Baker of Merkel and John & Emma Wells of Amarillo; one sister Johnnie & Ervin Howell of Roby; fourteen grand children; fourteen great-grandchildren that she says are the most beautiful grandchildren ever; and several nieces and nephews. The family will be at 1926 Lowden in Abilene.
