Pauline "Polly" Bertha Barnett, 96, of Abilene passed away Friday, April 14, 2017. Services will be held on Wednesday, April 19, 2017 at 10:00 A.M. in North's Memorial Chapel with Pastor Lavern L. Janssen officiating. Burial will follow in Highland Memorial Cemetery in Stamford, under the direction of North's Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 5:00 P.M. ~ 7:00 P.M. Tuesday, April 18, 2017 in North's Memorial Chapel, 242 Orange Street. Pauline Barnett was born March 6, 1921, in Sagerton, Texas to Emil and Anna(Lammert) Kainer. She was a sales clerk for Dunlap's and a member of the Lutheran Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers Emil, Oscar, Johnny and Jerry Kainer, sisters Bertha Bounds and Lucille Bradshaw. She is survived by her son Jeffrey Barnett wife Gale. Grandchildren, Riley Barnett wife Melissa, Lindsay Barnett and Racheal McCulloch. Great-grandchildren Mason Barnett, Exander Lehr, Gigi Brubaker. Two sisters, Alvina Rinn husband Roland, Meta Kupatt, numerous nieces and nephews. Pallbearers: Jake Bradshaw, Josh Freeman, Rob McCray, Cody Wilson, Cole Wilson, Warren Wilson.
