Phillip Charles Lowery of San Angelo passed away Saturday, July 24, 2021 at his home. Graveside services will be held at Caps cemetery Saturday July 31, 2021 at 12pm. Visitation will be held at North's Funeral Home Friday July 30, 2021 from 5-7pm. Phillip was born September 2, 1962 in Heber Springs, AR to Ruby Frances Ward Lowery, and Royce Wade Lowery. Phillip received his primary education from Pocahontas AR elementary, and Rutherford TN High School. After High School he moved to Abilene TX, and served his county in the Army National Guard for 8 years. In His spare time he loved to spend time with family and enjoyed working on cars. Most of his life he was a mechanic and auto body technician. He was employed at Ace Hardware in San Angelo for the last 7 years. Phillip was a Christian and attended Church in San Angelo. Phillip was preceded in death by his dad Royce Wade Lowery, and mother Ruby Frances Ward Lowery. Left to cherish his memories are sons Erik Lowery, Tommy McCutchen, daughter Allyson, Lowery and three grandchildren.
