Phillip J. Robertson 68 of Plano TX, passed away Tuesday April 25, 2023 peacefully surrounded by his family. Graveside service will be held Monday May 8, 2023 at 10:15 at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery in San Antonio, TX. Family will receive friends at Embassy Suites 10110 US Highway 281 North, San Antonio , TX, 78216 l Sunday May 7th at 6pm. Services are under the direction of North's Funeral Home 242 Orange Street in Abilene ,TX 79604. Phillip J Robertson, was born in North Hampton England to Charles and Dorothy Robertson on October 25 1954. He graduated from JJ Pearce Highschool in Richardson Texas . Phillip served four years in the United States Air-force. He had a long law enforcement career with several agencies including being chief of police in Celina Texas. In his spare time Philip enjoyed all sports, including the Texas Rangers and Dallas Cowboys. Phillip Robertson is survived by his mother Dorothy Robertson , daughters Brittiany Kirk (Elliot) of Abilene,TX , Jenna Robertson(Ryan) of The Colony, TX and son Garrett Boyer of California, grand children Elijah Kirk , Hutton Brown and Brilee Kirk, sisters Kathy Anderson and Kay Rudick, brother Jerry Robertson. He is proceeded in death by his grand parents Clay and Norene Robertson and father Charles Robertson. Pallbearers will be Jerry Robertson, Arthur Rudick, Garrett Boyer , Corey Robertson ,Duane Anderson , Duane Anderson Jr. In lieu of flowers please considering donating to any veteran or police officer charitable foundations.
