Richard "Richie" Lee Crawford 48, of Abilene passed away Thursday, November 17, 2016, in Lubbock, Texas. A funeral service will be held at 3:00 p.m. in the Assembly of God Church in Imperial, Texas with Brother Den Duckett officiating. Burial will follow in the Imperial Cemetery. He was born in Woodard, Oklahoma on March 5, 1968 to Harold and Kathryn (Askew) Crawford. He was a beloved son, brother, father, grandfather and uncle. Richie was a guy that knew how to live life. He knew how to keep you on your toes and never met a stranger. He made everyone he met and knew part of his family. He is going to be missed dearly. We love you Richard Lee. He was preceded in death by his mother, sister, Laurie Crawford and wife Vicky Crawford. He is survived by his father and step-mother, Harold and Betty Crawford. Bother David Crawford and wife DeAnn. Two sons; Jeffrey Hicks and Squeky Pena. Three daughters; Crystal Widdows and husband Preston, Rebecca Fields and husband Todd and Anna Crawford. Five grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
