Robert O. Bowlin 64 of Abilene passed away Friday December 17 2010. A Memorial Service will be Tuesday at 10:30 a.m. at North's Memorial Chapel 242 Orange Street with Ivan Meissner officiating. Mr. Bowlin was reared in Snyder Texas and was an Air Force Veteran. He married Sue Moreland on February 26 1966 in Snyder. They moved to Abilene in 1980. He was a field engineer for NCR for 27 years. He was a member of the Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife Sue Bowlin; one daughter Terri Bowlin of Abilene; one son Kirk Bowlin of Palm Springs California; his mother Ina Bowlin of Abilene; one sister Joan Foster of Abilene and one brother Gerald Bowlin of Oklahoma.
