Robert Michael Dawson (Michael) age 60 of Abilene, Texas passed away April 10, 2014. He was born in Abilene, Texas on April 21, 1953 to the late Harold and Joan Dawson of Abilene. He graduated from Abilene High School in 1971 and attended Texas A&M University. Michael was a very well traveled individual and lived all over California and Texas. He received a certification in Neon Art in England and continued his trade for many years in the states. Michael is survived by his sister, Mollie Dawson Evans and her husband Ken Evans; nephew, Chad Allen and niece, Gracie Evans of Niceville, Florida; Step-mother Ann Dawson and step-sisters, Angela Norton, Pam Torbett, and Carlene Rockwell of Weatherford, Texas. A Memorial/Visitation will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, April 27, 2014 at North's Funeral Home in Abilene, Texas.
