Robert Terry Pribble 71, of Abilene passed away Thursday, July 31, 2014. A funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, in North's Memorial Chapel, 242 Orange St. with James King officiating. Burial to follow in Goldthwaite Memorial Cemetery at 2:00 p.m. under the direction of North's Funeral Home. Mr. Pribble was born September 24, 1942 in Lampasas, Texas to Arthur and Elizabeth Pribble. He was a member of Grace Tabernacle Ministries. He graduated from the University of Texas in August, 1966 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering. He retired from the City of Abilene with thirty-five years as a Civil Engineer. He was a member of the Texas Board of Professional Engineers as well as TOPS. He was also a Retention Pond Specialist. Terry was well thought of by many. He was preceded death by his parents and wife. He is survived by his selected families, James and Sharon King, James and Traci King, Jared and Kristal Stevens and Maria Bordelon. His adopted nieces and nephews, Elaina, Madalynn, J.E. and Deagan King, Macey and Kynlee Stevens and Tiffany Weise.
