Rolando Huizar, 59, of Abilene passed away Tuesday, November 26, 2024. Visitation will be held on Friday, November 29, 2024 from 1:00-3:00pm at North's Funeral Home located at 242 Orange St. Abilene, TX. Rolando was born October 9, 1965 in Hereford, TX to Manuela Abitu and Raul Cantu Huizar. In his spare time he loved to watch college and professional football. He was an avid Raiders fan. Enchilada's were one of his favorite foods and he never turned down a barbacoa plate. He loved listening to music and dancing. Rolando was quite the character and he will be deeply missed. Rolando was preceded in death by both of his parents and his brother Raul. Left to cherish his memories are: wife, Susana Huizar; son, Juan Rolando Huizar; daughter, Ana Luisa Huizar; brothers, Reylando and Roger Huizar; sister, Eva Taylor and a host of extended family and friends.
