Ronald J. Harris November 19th, 1954 - March 13th, 2024 Ron grew up in Abilene, TX from a young boy. He worked as a Stone Mason, and was a truck driver before he semi-retired. He enjoyed working as a vendor selling chocolate covered and flavored roasted nuts in Sam's Club throughout Texas and Oklahoma. He had a great love for his family and animals. Never met an animal he didn't like. He was preceded in death by his father, Jackson B. Harris and mother Cora "Dolly" Harris. Survivors are his wife of 28 years Belinda Wright, Brothers; Stanley Brummet wife Carol, Ray Orr wife Debbie, Jack C. Harris wife Rhonda. Sisters; Jackie Edwards husband Gary and Debra Harris, along with several nieces and nephews. He will be missed. A Memorial Service will be held April 20, 2024 at 10:00am at Mosaic Church of Abilene. 6610 US 277 Abilene, TX 79606.
