Sandy Jo Webb 69, of Abilene passed away Saturday April 22, 2023 at her home surrounded by family. Graveside services will be held at the Hawley Cemetery at 2pm, Wednesday, April 26, 2023 with Pastor Jami McCravey officiating. Sandy attended school in Hawley, Texas and was a graduate of Hawley High School. She was involved in Student Council, Newspaper Staff and Cheerleading squad; She was also nominated and won FFA sweetheart, Football Sweetheart and Best Citizen all in high school. She married James Luther Webb on December 6th, 1984 in Abilene Tx. She worked at Prosperity Bank and received an award for 30 years of service.. She was an amazing mother, wife, and grandmother who loved her family with all of her heart. Sandy was preceded in death by her parents, James and Cynthia Swaim-Harkins, and brother Jimmy Harkins Those left to cherish her memory include her husband James Luther Webb of Abilene; sister, Vicky Canady; daughters ,April Phillips, Shanda Arnold, Leska Osbakken and grandkids Lesley Phillips, Lacy Phillips, Landon Phillips, Avery Osbakken, and Alexis Arnold.
