Stephanie Renee Huestis 41 of Abilene passed away Tuesday April 26 2011. A memorial service is scheduled for 2:30 p.m. Saturday at St. Paul United Methodist Church 525 Beech Street with Reverend Bill Libby officiating under the direction of North's Funeral Home 242 Orange Street. Renee was born September 25 1969 in Natchitoches Louisiana to Bill and Kay Larsen. She was a lifetime member of the United Methodist Church. Most people did not know of the work she did for the homeless and several senior citizens. She was a kind and generous woman. She is survived by a daughter Alexis Jade Huestis of Abilene; her father and stepmother Bill and Peggy Larsen of Bunkie Louisiana; her mother Kay Forehand of Abilene; stepfather Rick Forehand of Shreveport Louisiana; one sister Sara Larsen Eastridge of Bunkie Louisiana; three brothers: Alex Forehand of Abilene Mathew Forehand of Dallas and Corey Forehand of Hollywood California; along with many aunts uncles cousins and good friends.
