Thelma ""Pat"" Plumlee 98 of Abilene passed away Tuesday May 6 2008. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday in Elmwood Memorial Park with the Reverend Roz Thomas officiating under the direction of North's Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 6 - 7:30 p.m. Thursday evening at North's Memorial Chapel 242 Orange St. Ms. Plumlee was born November 8 1909 to William and Elsie Smith in Paris Texas. She married Fowler Plumlee in 1927. They moved to Abilene in the 1930's. She was a homemaker and enjoyed her morning coffee group for over forty years. She was preceded in death by her parents husband one sister sons Bill Plumlee and an infant son. She is survived by one granddaughter; Erika Copeland and husband Tim of Abilene Texas. One grandson Shannon Plumlee of Kerrville Texas. One great-granddaughter and three great-grandsons. The family requests memorials be made to Sears Hospice 3233 S.
