Obituary

Tina Treon Clinton, 60, of Tye passed away Wednesday, September 18, 2024. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, September 28, 2024 at 11:00am at North's Funeral Home, located at 242 Orange Street Abilene, Texas. Tina was born April 15, 1964 in Lubbock, TX to Norma Slaton and William Noey. She married the love of her life Jake Clinton on November 15, 1979. Tina had a passion for riding horses and spending time outdoors. She would enjoy tagging along on rides on the motorcycle with her husband Jake. Her children and grandchildren were the highlight of her life and she loved them dearly. Going camping and fishing were some of her favorite activities to do with them. Tina was a woman who was stern in what she believed in and she was always ready to win an argument. However, nothing compared to the tender love she had for her family. Tina cared deeply for all of her loved ones and would give you the shirt off of her back, given the opportunity. She was an amazing wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend and she will be dearly missed. Tina was preceded in death by both of her parents, Norma Slaton and William Noey, and daughter Misty Dawn. Left to cherish her memories are: husband, Jake Clinton; daughter, Chrystal Dubois (Shannon), son; Bryan Clinton (Jennifer), sister; Tammy Noey, grandchildren; Colby Tucker, Brook Johnson, Ezekiel Dubois, Corbin Dubois, Brayden Clinton and Paisley Clinton, bonus child; Mel Angerer, and many dear loved ones that became family that loved her through life, and host of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
