Trevor Haughton Jones of Abilene passed away Thursday, March 25, 2021 at Hendrick Medical Center. Graveside service will be held Wednesday April 7, 2021 at 11am at the Texas State Veteran Cemetery at Abilene. Trevor was born June 24, 1964 in Abilene, TX to Phyllis Jane Taylor and Trevor Bruce Jones. Trevor received his primary education from Tulsa Oklahoma schools, graduating from Union High School. After High School he joined the United States Army and service for several years. During his time in the military he received several accolades and awards including; good conduct medal, Army service ribbon, overseas service ribbon, Armyu lapel button, and he served as a Rifle expert, Hand Grenade Expert, and Sharp Shooter. In His spare time he loved to Cycling. Trevor was preceded in death by mother Phyllis Taylor. Left to cherish his memories are: common law spouse, Charlene Moore of Abilene, father Trevor Bruce Jones of Broken Bow OK, brother Dave Jones of Collinsville Ok.
