Tyrone Scott "Ty" Jackson 58 of Abilene departed this world on August 14th, 2023. Funeral services will be held Wednesday August 23, 2023 at 12 pm at North's Funeral Home located at 242 Orange St. Abilene, TX with burial to follow at the Abilene City Cemetery. Visitation will be held Tuesday from 6-8pm at North's Funeral Home. Tyrone was born on June 17th, 1965, in Abilene to Willis and Nell Gee. He attended school in Abilene and was a graduate of Abilene High School class of 1984. Tyrone was employed by Chuck E. Cheese, Hendrick Hospital, ABIMAR Foods and the Abilene State supported Living Center. He enjoyed cooking, his specialty was his beans. Tyrone was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan and never missed a game. Tyrone was preceded in death by father Willis Gee, one aunt Darlene Gee, and one sister Sonya Jackson Those left to cherish his memory are his loving mother, Nell Gee; aunts; Deborah Cruse, Geraldine Holmes of Aurora Colorado, sister, Billie Fields; brothers, Earlie " Bubba" Payne, Larry Payne, and Derwin "Naka" Jackson; children, Khilla Jackson, Kenzlee Jackson and Kamren Jackson; cousin, Boris Gee; "Ride or Die" cousin, Chris Campbell and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
