Warren Colvin Trull 79, of Abilene, passed away Tuesday, July 21, 2015. A Funeral Service will be held at 9:30 a.m. Monday, July 27, 2015 in North's Memorial Chapel, 242 Orange St. The service will be conducted by Rev. Carlton Ring, of Georgia. Burial will follow in the Texas State Veterans Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 2:00 ~ 4:00 p.m. Sunday, in North's Memorial Chapel.
Mr. Trull was born January 31, 1936 in Blackshear, Georgia to N.P. and Jesse (Davis) Trull. He proudly served his country in the United States Air Force and retired in 1975 after twenty years of service. From 1975 ~ 2002, he owned and operated The Fishing Village Marina. He was a 32nd degree Mason. He was an avid fisherman with his favorite quote being, "the time spent fishing is not deducted from your life".
He was preceded in death by his parents and step-mother, Ira Hartley Trull. Sisters, Jean Trull Wood and Linda Trull Summers.
He is survived by his wife, Louann Bullock Trull. Sons, Kenneth A. Trull and wife Pat, Keith A. Trull, Robert H. Bullock and wife Nicole and Mark R. Bullock and wife Gretchen. One daughter, Karen Trull Roberts. Grandsons, Warren W. Leggett, Jacob B. Bullock, Matthew D. Bullock and Caleb B. Bullock. One granddaughter, Lauren Trull Dye and husband Barrett. One brother, James C. Trull and wife Joy. One sister, Peggy Trull Williford and husband Eddie, and eleven nieces and nephews in Georgia.
