William David Robinson was born in Abilene, Texas to William Earl Robinson Jr. and Frances Fay Cornelius on September 5, 1957. He attended Abilene High School in Abilene, Tx. He graduated from Abilene High School in 1975. He married Donna Joy Nelson on April 11, 1990 in Abilene, Tx. David Robinson was preceded in death by his father, William Earl Robinson, Jr. and his mother, Frances Fay Cornelius. David Robinson is survived by his wife, Donna Robinson; his daughter, Vanessa Culberson and husband, Kandon; his son, Chris Robinson; and daughter, Nikki Lemmons and husband, Austin; his brother, John Robinson and wife, Sharon; his sister, Robbie Mayhall and husband, Allan (Buddy); grandchildren Brianne Thorne, Peyton Culberson, Samara Culberson, and Madeleine Lemmons.
